SHIPPING POLICY


  1. Items that have been purchased or won will be shipped according to our operational hours, that is from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Our office is not operating on Saturdays and Sundays or on national holidays. Therefore, the shipping will be carried out during the next business day.
  2. Buyer responsible for paying shipping & handling and (or) taxes, insurance and customs (if any).
  3. We entrust TIKI for domestic (Indonesia) delivery. We use Pos Indonesia with EMS or Registered Mail for overseas shipments. You may suggest Delivery Company if requested.
  4. We can provide the tracking number three days after delivery and can be checked directly on the website www.TIKI.com.
  5. Buyer must provide a clearly defined address to calculate shipping costs.
  6. Estimated prices based on shipping rates from Bandung.
  7. The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive. Generally, the estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered, the transit time, and today’s date.
  8. Due to shipping delays, we will count for the additional days that may be needed for item to be delivered.
  9. All forms of complaints regarding delivery are the responsibility of the Delivery Company. We will try to communicate between buyer and delivery company. Related to this case, The user agrees to release us for all demands in the delivery process.
  10. If there is a problem in the delivery process in the form of damaged goods, etc., Buyers can report to Java Auction no longer than 3 days from the time of delivery for an investigation process.
  11. Java Auction shall not be liable for any loss caused or resulting from shipping.
