Java Auction's Live Bidding Terms and Conditions

 

The following general Terms and Conditions for Live Bidding guidelines in Java Auction. These condition are in addition to and subject the same law and our standard terms and conditions of sale. Registered members are welcome to join the Live Bidding, by participating in this Live Bidding, you acknowledge that you are bound by the Conditions of Sale applicable in the relevant sale and by these additional Conditions.  Our live bidding service can be used free of charge. 1.   Registration for Live Bidding

1.1  Please note that you must register as soon as possible prior to the auction date to avoid any delays in approval by Java Auction. The individual interested in participating in Live Bidding must provide the required information in full and truthfully, submitting valid proof of identity in digital form. If you pass this check, the account will be activated so you can participate via Live Bidding.

1.2  Registered member interested in participating in Live Bidding must register separately for each auction.

1.3  Java Auction reserve the right to refuse or revoke permission to bid and to remove bidding privileges during Live Bidding at our discretion without stating reasons for this.

2.   Live Bidding

2.1  After the Live Bidding has been activated, registered member are able to placing bids via online platform.

2.2  If you have the leading bid, it will be indicated on the screen with statement “You Won”. The auctioneer will have the final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to reopen bidding. The auctioneer decision is final.

2.3  A delay may occurs between the auction floor and your device. If the system has place a bid higher or equal to your bid, they will win the lot due to the fact they bid earlier and have the prior bid. Java Auction will not be responsible for any errors or failures to execute bid placed because of a loss of connection to the internet, mobile network, or computer breakdown.

2.4  By placing a bid, you accept and agree that bids submitted in this way are final and that you will not under any circumstances be permitted to retract your bid.

 3.   Credit Limit

Java Auction require a credit limit in Live Bidding. Your credit limit is the balance used to bid on live bidding. Each successful bid reduces your credit limit. You cannot bid again if you have used all of your credit limits or if your remaining credit limit is insufficient for the next lot you want to bid on. If you want to increase your limit, please let us know ahead of time so that you don’t lose the ability to bid if your maximum is reached.

 4.   Hammer Price and additional costs

If a successful bid is sent to Java Auction from any device, Registered Member irrevocably agree to pay the full purchase price, including buyer’s premium and all applicable taxes and charges.Buyers fee are added to the hammer price (highest bid) for all items.

 5.   Payment and collection

 5.1 After the auction has ended, please wait for your receipt to be sent out. Payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Payment by PayPal must add a 5% surcharge from the invoice amount. All surcharge will be added to invoice. Please note that shipping and packing costs are not included in the hammer price.

 5.2  We would be happy to send your item after we received full payment. Title to all lots remains with consignor until paid in full.
